day, for everyone. Our Cardio rooms challenge you with state-of-the-art
equipment that you don’t have to wait in line to use. Strength, sculpting
and tone can be pursued on traditional machines and weight rotations, or
in one of over 4 group classes that happen every week at each club.
Pilates, spinning, yoga, water aerobics—taught to accommodate the level of
the participants—all help the mind and body be the best they can be.

TRAINING
More than 50 personal trainers ensure Five Seasons has the latest and
highest-touch training available. Our trainers are nationally certified
and very accomplished. They’re experienced in training successful
collegiate, semi-pro and professional athletes, as well as in helping the
rest of us work just a little bit harder and look and feel a little bit
better. All of our trainers have dedicated “floor hours” in which they
help you use the equipment safely, perform the right exercises for your
fitness goals and just generally check on you while you’re working out.
They are also available for private sessions, so you can get the undivided
attention you need when you want it
